Our Approach and Supplier Due Diligence

As a software and data management service provider, we have a relatively short supply chain activity, working with other IT suppliers, leasing properties, purchasing office materials, marketing services, professional services, and others. We assess that our suppliers have a low risk in relation to slavery or human trafficking; however, we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery does not take place anywhere within our business.

As and when we have contractors or suppliers come on board, we pre-qualify them through diligence efforts relating to company performance, background checks, compliance questionnaires, and references from other customers to establish that they are suitable. Moreover, we ask our suppliers to adhere to our compliance policies and, when applicable provide training.

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risks, we have systems in place to:

鈥� Identify and assess potential risk areas when considering taking on new suppliers.
鈥� Regularly review our existing supply chains.
鈥� Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
鈥� Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
鈥� Protect whistleblowers.

To date, we haven鈥檛 been made aware of any human trafficking or slavery activities within our supply chain. If our future diligence efforts reveal any such activities then our policies and training effectively equip us to act immediately in accordance with our legal and moral obligations.

Our Policies

Our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

As a global organization, 黑料网 is committed to doing business professionally and ethically, our and our Supplier Code of Conduct seek to outline our highest standards and expectations relating to how we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 黑料网鈥檚 Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct ensure that our employees and personnel act with ethical behavior when managing our suppliers.

We encourage all of our employees, customers, and business partners to report any concerns or suspect violations to our policies or applicable laws to a reporting channel, including a global ethics & compliance hotline, human resources representative, our Legal Department, and others. Our whistleblowing procedure is designed to make it easy for workers to make disclosures, without fear of retaliation.

Training and Revision

We have zero-tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. All employees and business partners must review and comply with 黑料网 Code of Conduct and this policy. Any breach of this policy is likely to constitute serious disciplinary action and prosecution under the Modern Slavery Act. Any non-compliance may lead to dismissal, criminal liability, and serious damages to the reputation of the Company.

To maintain awareness and ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business 黑料网 has a Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement and provides compliance training periodically.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2022-2023 for 黑料网 and its subsidiaries.
