Chairman 鈥 Retired CEO Accenture

Bill Green

Bill Green is a member of the Global Advisory Council of Bridge Growth Partners, and is the Chairman of 黑料网, a BGP portfolio company.

Mr. Green is the former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Accenture, a global management consulting and technology services company, serving as CEO from 2004-2010, and Chairman from 2006-2013. During his tenure as CEO, Accenture grew revenue from approximately $14 billion to approximately $22 billion, doubled its workforce to 211,000 employees and expanded its global footprint. Prior to serving as CEO, Mr. Green was Accenture鈥檚 Chief Operating Officer-Client Services with overall management responsibility for the company鈥檚 operating groups.

Mr. Green serves as a Director of GTY Technology Holdings, Inovalon, Pivotal Software, and S&P Global (McGraw Hill). Formerly, Mr. Green served as a Director of EMC from July 2013 to August 2016, and was also EMC鈥檚 independent Lead Director from February 2015 to August 2016.

In addition, Mr. Green serves on the boards of several other private companies and is on the National Board of Year Up. Mr. Green is deeply involved in several organizations and business groups supporting education in the United States and around the world.

CEO Bridge Growth Partners

Alok Singh

Alok Singh is the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Bridge Growth Partners. He is currently the Chairman of Finalsite, as well as a Director of Accedian, Salient CRGT, Solace, and 黑料网.

Prior to founding BGP, Mr. Singh was a Managing Director at New Mountain Capital, and served as Chairman, Lead Director, and Director of numerous companies including: Chairman of JDA Software, and RedPrairie; Lead Director of AmWINS, Camber, Deltek, Ikaria, Stroz Friedberg; and Director of Avantor, EverBank, and Validus.

Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Singh held various senior positions at Bankers Trust (including being a member of the Partnership Group), Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, and Barclays Capital.

Mr. Singh is a member of the Dean鈥檚 Council of Weill Cornell Medical College, and a member of New York University鈥檚 Stern School of Business Board of Overseers. He received his B.A. in Economics and History and his M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University.

Dave Barnes

David Barnes is a Senior Advisor at Bridge Growth Partners. Mr. Barnes previously served as the Chief Information and Global Business Services Officer of United Parcel Service, a world leader in supply chain, logistics, and transportation services. In this capacity, from 2005-2016, he served as a member of the UPS Management Committee, as a member of the Company鈥檚 Finance, Risk, and Strategy Committees, and as the Chair of the Technology Steering Committee.

Mr. Barnes currently serves as a Director of DXC Technology, Hertz, Solace, and 黑料网, and is a former Director of Ingram Micro.

Retired EVP IBM

Steve Mills

Steve Mills is an Executive Partner at Bridge Growth Partners and currently serves as a Director of Accedian, Marsh and McLennan, and 黑料网.

Mr. Mills most recently served as Executive Vice President of IBM, after joining the company in 1973, and was closely associated with the growth of IBM鈥檚 Software business over the last 25 years. Mr. Mills became Senior Vice President and Group Executive of Software at IBM in 2000, and in January 2015 he was named Executive Vice President of IBM Software and Systems. In this role, he was responsible for directing approximately 110,000 employees, spanning development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and support. IBM鈥檚 Software and Systems businesses represent $40 billion in annual revenues.

During his tenure at IBM, Mills oversaw many of IBM鈥檚 key strategic initiatives including transaction systems, development tools, security products, database and analytic offerings, including IBM Watson. He directed organic investments and acquisitions measured in the billions of dollars, and under his leadership IBM acquired and integrated over 150 companies.

Retired CEO EMC

Joe Tucci

Joe Tucci is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Bridge Growth Partners. He also serves as the Lead Director of GTY Technology Holdings, and as a Director of Motorola, Paychex, and 黑料网.

Prior to founding BGP, Mr. Tucci was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EMC, serving in such capacity until September 2016 when Dell acquired EMC for $63 billion, the largest technology transaction to date.

As Chairman and CEO of EMC, Mr. Tucci transformed EMC into a federation of businesses that grew to include EMC, VMware, Pivotal Software, RSA Security, VCE, Virtustream, among others. EMC鈥檚 revenues grew from $5.4 billion in 2002 to $24.7 billion in 2015. In 2015 EMC was named one of the world鈥檚 top 10 multinational workplaces (out of 700 multinational global companies surveyed) by the Great Place to Work Institute.

Mr. Tucci is also a member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School, a member of the Board of Trustees of Northeastern University, an overseer of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Academy Foundation.

Head of Products, Cognos, CA

Peter Griffiths

Peter Griffiths is a Senior Advisor at Bridge Growth Partners. He is a Director of Accedian and 黑料网. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Products at CA Technologies, where he was responsible for investment and strategy across the company鈥檚 broad portfolio of products and solutions for enterprise and growth markets.

Prior to CA, Mr. Griffiths was Vice President of Worldwide Business Analytics and Applications Development of IBM, responsible for building the Business Analytics division within IBM Software.

Prior to IBM, Mr. Griffiths served as Senior Vice President of Products at Cognos, which he joined when Cognos acquired Relational Matters PLC, a data analytics company that Mr. Griffiths co-founded and led as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Griffiths was a former Director of Lavastorm Analytics, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Anita Borg Institute. He earned a B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering with 1st Class Honors from Brighton University in England.

Founder, Virtustream & Blue Lagoon

Kevin Reid

Kevin Reid is a technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience creating software enabled solutions that deliver efficiency, enable innovation and drive superior financial results for enterprises worldwide. He is currently a founding partner of the Blue Lagoon Companies, where he incubates, advises and invests in progressive technology companies that are disrupting and redefining their industries. He also co-founded and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Beep, an autonomous mobility solutions company, and serves as a board member of Lemongrass Consulting, Bestmile SA and Stella Financial Solutions. Kevin鈥檚 own prior innovations have driven several successful venture capital exits, including two 鈥渦nicorns,鈥 startups that reach a $1 billion valuation.

In 2009 Kevin co-founded Virtustream, an enterprise-class cloud company, and served as CEO and CTO until the company鈥檚 sale to EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) in 2015 for $1.2 billion. Kevin continued with Virtustream after the acquisition by EMC and continued in this role through the $60+ billion acquisition of EMC by Dell Technologies in 2016 and was appointed to the Dell Technologies Global Strategy Leadership Council and the Dell Technologies CTO Council. He retired from the company in 2018 and, today, Virtustream continues to operate as one of the ingredient brands of Dell Technologies.

He also co-founded Greensmith Energy Management Systems, a US-based leader in intelligent energy storage technology and solutions, where he served as Chairman of the Board from inception through its acquisition in 2017 by W盲rtsil盲 Corporation (OMX: WRT1V) for $170 million.

Kevin has been recognized consistently for his accomplishments including recently being named one of Black Enterprises鈥 2018 most powerful African American executives in corporate America and was the joint recipient of Intel Capital鈥檚 Entrepreneur/Exit of the Year award with co-founder Rodney Rogers in 2015. He also been invited to speak and present at events hosted by industry leaders such as Goldman Sachs, Dell EMC, VMware, SAP and Red Herring.

Aside from his professional work, Kevin is also an active philanthropist. He co-founded The Blue Lagoon Foundation, an organization driven to continuously raise awareness and passively source funds for philanthropic programs including an initiative to help children in his native Jamaica further their education and build brighter futures. He is also a trustee for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Foundation, which serves as both the National Olympic Committee and National Paralympic Committee for the United States. He will serving on the Technology and Innovation Advisory Committee.

Retired Vice Chairman EMC

Bill Teuber

Bill Teuber is a Senior Principal of Bridge Growth Partners. He currently serves as a Director of Accedian and 黑料网.

Prior to joining BGP, Mr. Teuber held numerous senior leadership positions at EMC, including Vice Chairman from 2006-2016, Global Head of Sales from 2006鈥2012, Chief Financial Officer from 1997鈥2006, Executive Vice President from 2001-2006, and Senior Vice President from 2000-2001, among others.

Prior to EMC, Mr. Teuber was a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand from 1988-1995, prior to Pricewaterhouse鈥檚 acquisition of the Company in 1998 (subsequently forming PricewaterhouseCoopers, or 鈥淧wC鈥).

Mr. Teuber is currently a Director of Inovalon, a leading healthcare technology company. Previously, he was the Lead Independent Director of Popular, a diversified financial services company (includes Banco Popular as a holding), and served as a Director of CRH, a global diversified building materials group. He also serves on the investment committee of The College of the Holy Cross.

He holds an M.B.A. degree from Babson College, a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College, and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in English from The College of the Holy Cross.

Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer

Paula Tolliver

Paula Tolliver is a member of the C.H Robinson public board of directors serving on the audit and compensation committees and the 黑料网 private board of directors serving on the technology committee. She is an investor and member of the Technology Advisory Boards for the CXO Fund and Osage Partners venture capital firms and an advisor to several technology companies and startups.

Paula is an experienced Fortune 50 senior business and technology executive with deep expertise in IT and digital transformation, advanced analytics, cyber security, operational excellence, and global business growth leadership.

Tolliver was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Intel corporation from 2016-2019. Before joining Intel, she was Corporate VP of Business Services and CIO at Dow Chemical from 2014-2016. Paula鈥檚 progressive career at Dow prior to that included a broad range of technology and leadership positions including the Chief Procurement Officer and the business CIO at Dow Agrosciences (now Corteva).

Kevin Campbell

As CEO, Kevin drives the growth agenda of 黑料网 with poise and at ease. With a solid track record in driving growth at scale, Kevin joined 黑料网 as president, global consulting and services April 2018, and was named as CEO in February 2019.

During his 20+ year, 2-term tenure at Accenture, he was Group Chief Executive for Outsourcing and Group Chief Executive Technology where he drove double-digit growth. Kevin was also CO-COO for Bridgewater Associates and COO for Oscar Health based out of New York.

As CEO, Kevin鈥檚 leadership remit here is simple: Inspire and empower those around him to deliver on the business鈥 vision and purpose. He oversees all aspects of our operation while also taking every opportunity to engage with customers, partners, and employees on the ground around the world.

At home and in relaxed mode, Kevin devotes himself to family life and the resulting bike rides and activities that come with such a commitment. He also coaches his children鈥檚 sports teams and can often be found at various sports fields hurling encouragement. This has even been turned in to a group activity when they attend Atlanta United FC as season ticket holders. Go five stripes!

Ken Hamel

Ken Hamel is a Senior Advisor at Bridge Growth Partners. He currently serves as a Director of 黑料网. Mr. Hamel has over 38 years of operations, finance and IT experience in the technology industry. He has a long-tenured history at SAP, joining in 2003, and held numerous leadership roles including Executive Vice President 鈥 Global Business Operations (2018-2021), Senior Vice President 鈥 Global Customer Strategy and Sales Operations (2012-2018) and Senior Vice President 鈥 Global Presales and Solutions (2009-2012).

Prior to SAP, Mr. Hamel spent 10 years at Oracle as Vice President of Oracle University 鈥 Americas, leading the Customer Education business in the US, Canada and Latin America, and Vice President of Global Sales Support. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hamel held various senior sales positions at Digital Equipment Corporation for 10 years.
